Hog's Australia's Steakhouse Casuarina

The food was amazing. 18 hrs slow cook steak is just a spot on. Service was a top notch, fast and friendly crew. They never get tired smiling. Clearly you can see them enjoying what they are doing.

Friendly and attentive staff, they were busy for a Wednesday night and obviously having to adhere to social distancing. My husband had a delicious steak curly fries and salad and I had the Ceaser Salad, we were really happy with our food and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere.

Having a Hog's breath in the heart of Casuarina is a brilliant idea, it caters for the late night shoppers and the movie goers. The staff are well trained and speedy, the food coming out is well controlled and tastes great.Pricing is a little high, which makes it great for a once of treat, but will never be a regular spot for the average Joe to Dine when there are so many other cheaper options.The layout of the restaurant isn't too bad, but when catering for a large group of people you do feel like you're in the way of everyone. Which when you add high chairs and prams into the mix you're really in the way.Apart from that, it's a fun and bubbly place to be.

We went last night and the restaurant was pretty busy. You can see the waitstaff running around trying to hold their composures. The waitstaff who assisted us was lovely and efficient. Food was amazing. I thought the 3-course meal was a very good deal. Indeed a value for money.Please, send my warmest thank you to all the crew who were on last night. They all did well.

Glen and the team from Casuarina NT store are always so friendly and even remember our order. Food is consistently tasty, large meals, good prices. Great vegan and vegetarian options.

Staff were so lovely, I ordered the ceaser salad which was amazing. Hubby ordered the big burger and loved it. There isn't much room if you have a pram, but highchairs are available.

Service was superb as usual. The meal itself was too much. In that, by the time we had finished, we were no longer comfortable. We ate too much. Update on this review.Had a meal on 30/8/2019.Most disappionted.Service was superb as usual. A pleasure in itself. However the meal was totally misleading. Ordered whiting with squid rings, prawns and salad. The squid rings were not served until we questioned where were they. The whiting was totally non existant I am not sure what rubbish fish it was but definitely not whiting. Explaination was we use imported (no excuse)fish.Serving staff are the only reason we may go back again. They tried very hard but are not responsible for incompetence in the kitchen.
